Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Local parking also available near the property. Lockable bike storage. Private rear raised patio with furniture and lighting. Front enclosed lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are 6 steps up, and down from the raised patio and parking area, which may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note - If you have an electric car, you may charge it at £5 per charge per car - this money will be deducted from the good housekeeping bond - please inform owner if you need to charge your car.
Leap House is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated in the market town of Wareham just nine miles from Poole in Dorset. The cottage can sleep five people in one king-size double bedroom, one twin room and one single together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private rear patio with furniture and a front enclosed garden. Leap House is a lovely cottage to use as a base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.
